Turns Out Hillary Was Never Officially Cleared for Classified Materials

... and assorted other "paperwork errors."

Hillary Clinton probably wishes she’d never even heard of email at this point.  Of course, based on the latest bombshell, she’s probably regretting saying “yes” when President Obama asked her to be Secretary of State as well.  Especially since it looks like she may never have actually had clearance for classified materials in the first place.

From Breitbart:

Hillary Clinton never actually met the official requirements to obtain a security clearance to handle classified information, according to a growing body of evidence.

“That is exactly the conclusion here based on the evidence,” former Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman Michael Steele told Breitbart News.

“The process is the process. The protocols are the protocols,” Steele said, noting that when you look at internal State Department evidence “this [conclusion] is where you’ll end up.”

Steele called the evidence presented here below “a case that everyone is going to have to pay attention to.”

When Hillary Clinton started her career at the State Department, she was required to sign a “Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement,” otherwise known as an SF-312, vowing to give back classified materials when she left the agency. Clinton signed that form in January 2009.

But if you look at the copy of the document that the State Department released, you will find something very jarring: No one from the State Department signed it.

Whoops.

The story is pretty in-depth, but worth a read.

However, the short version is that Hillary Clinton — who used her own email server to receive emails as secretary of state, many of which we now know to be classified — never completed the process required to be privy to classified materials.

Further, Clinton and aide Cheryl Mills never signed a mandatory agreement to return classified materials.

This is the kind of thing people get prison time for. They don’t get to be the front runner for a political party’s nomination. Yet Clinton keeps on going.

People wonder what’s wrong with this country? How about rules being applied differently to high-ranking officials than they do to us?

If that doesn’t bother you on some level, you really aren’t paying attention.
